President-Elect

Kaily Koch

As a recent graduate from the Respiratory Therapy Program at Casper College, I bring a deep commitment to both clinical excellence and innovation. In my current role as an RRT at Ivinson Memorial Hospital, I’ve found a passion in improving processes and patient care! When I’m not working I love to spend time with friends, travel, and be outdoors! I am also continuing my education at the University of Wyoming pursuing a bachelors in Healthcare Administration! I recently served as the President of The Student Association of Respiratory care. With this role, I was dedicated to leading and supporting my fellow RT students. I also served on the board as a Student representative for the last two years! As President Elect of the WYSRC, I aim to drive progress, foster collaboration, expand my knowledge, and support our respiratory care community with a forward-thinking approach.

For the past year, I have enjoyed a change to education at Casper College as a Clinical Adjunct Instructor and found a passion in the advancement and future of respiratory therapy. I have served on the board for the past 2 years as director at large, and I have helped in the conferences with building schedules and arranging vendors, assisted in editing and updating both the Bylaws and the Handbook for the board, and done multiple various other tasks to help the society move forward and progress.
